studied economics at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and started his
working career by Moret & Limperg now Ernest & Young. In 1981 he started his
own management consultants firm and in 1986 he entered the project
development world. Mr. Soons is Chairman of the supervisory Board of St Maarten
Harbour Holding Company N.V., Chairman of the Foundation Tax Committee and
board member of the White and Yellow Cross Foundation. Shareholder in
Pelican Key's Eleganzia N.V. is Peter Soons a retired medical doctor.
