	- What is the Hurricane rating of the roof? No 3 
	, 135 mph max. The roof is a concrete roof. It’s calculated to withstand 
	winds up to 135 mph., which does not mean that at 155 mph the roof will be 
	damaged. This all depends on the circumstances at the time of this wind 
	occurs. If damaged it is usually by one of the houses in the neighborhood 
	whose roof is not hurricane proof. 
 
	
	- How long is the roof guaranteed?  On structural 
	10 years according to the laws in the N.A. and will hold for another 50 
	years. This will depend on maintenance of the roofing sealant (Renothan on a 
	sloped cement plaster) and following the stipulated guarantee conditions of 
	the Contractor, which is 3 years 
 
	
	- What is the length of warranty by the seller after 
	closing? During construction there is C.A.R. (Contractor All Risk) 
	insurance by the contractor. After delivery of the building insurances are 
	for the owner, warranty according to Netherlands Antilles Law; Structural 10 
	years. After delivery there is a standard 3-month maintenance period for the 
	contractor.
 
	
	- Will the units have handicap access? There will 
	be ramp access from the parking area to the ground floor units.
 
	
	- Pool availability? Access will be at La Vista 
	Resort & La Vista Beach. Fees will be included in HOA dues & part of condo 
	docs.
 
	
	- If the 15 units are sold out, does the Developer 
	retain ANY ownership rights? No, developer does not retain any ownership 
	rights.
 
	
	- What type of windows will be used? Laminated 
	glass, as used in the auto industry; one layer of tinted 5mm glass on the 
	outside, one layer of plastic 5 mm thick, and an inside layer of glass of 6 
	mm thick. AII Eleganzia windows are Hurricane Proof to #3. 
 
	
	- What type of doors & frames? Exterior 
	doorframes will be of PVC (EU Quality); exterior doors will be of PVC 
	sandwich panel. Interior doorframes will be hardwood, painted Doors: solid 
	doors" deck-on type". Hinges standard paumelles, locks EU Standard. The 
	exterior door is solid; Interior doors are "deck-on" translated which means 
	the door has a double lock on the door frame, Less sound transport from one 
	room to the other. 
 
	
	- What type of floor tiles will be used? Floor 
	tiles, Italian, 50 CM x 50 CM, 9mm, 2 choices inside, one choice outside
 
	
	- Closet space? Each One and Two 
	bedroom apartment to have full walk in closet 
	including Locking Owners Closet 
 
	
	- Will there be a furniture package 
	available? Yes, it is optional .There will be a choice of 3.
 
	
	- What type of countertop & sink will be offered in 
	the kitchen? Granite, choice of 3 colors; with stainless steel sink.

	- What type of kitchen cabinets? USA quality, MDF, 
	doors massive hard wood, 1 choice of modern, 2 choices if classic style,
